Well I just finished week 3 and weighed in tonight. Thought I would have a maintain and guess what!!!!!! I LOST 2.4 LBS. That's a total of 12.4 now in three weeks. I am so excited and can't wait to see what happens next week!!!!
Way to go!!! I am on my way for my 3rd week WI and I think I had a pretty good week. However this is about the time my body decides it's being starved and could start a metabolism rebellion. (I 've been through this a few times)
