Way to go on the 10 lb loss!
This whole thread is just what I needed today, myself!
I decided to start trying to stick to flex again a week ago and was doing pretty well until last night! We had a busy evening, no time to cook, so supper was from Burger King, and it wasn't a salad. Well, then I felt like since I already blew it, what will a little ice cream hurt? Today I've been so furious with myself!
This thread was a great boost, though! I will just get right back on the wagon and I WILL lose weight!!

Tracy,
First of all, congratulations on tackling your weight loss head on. Good for you! You've gotten a lot of good ideas here and they are helping me to get my motivation back too. I guess what I want to say is that over these upcoming days, weeks, and months you will have fabulous days and days that may not be so great. The main idea is to track what you're doing, enjoy the easy days, and plan and plan and prepare for each day you face. You're busy but you can keep your motivation going.
Look at the big picture, don't worry about little imperfections, and keep on going.
Good luck and to you for wanting to do something good for yourself!!!!
