Hi, BMC! I'm with you all the way. I have a similar story. Two years ago I had lost 25 pounds on ww, but it's back. I'm trying to get going again. I have never stopped exercising, but apparently what I was doing wasn't working. Will you be attending ww meetings, online??? I've done online for awhile, but I feel like I know it, and I think I can do it on my own. I hate spending any more money on weight loss! I had a decent breakfast (Kashi and milk), prepared a good lunch (yogurt, bran muffin, ff jello and veggies), and hope to have a reasonable dinner. I also plan on getting on the treadmill later today. Good luck to you!
