Default Starting Finally

Hi,Im finally starting again on ww the flex program,that seems to be the one that ww has out that I like the best.Anyway about 1 year ago I went from 168 down to 144 and I have gained just about all of it back,I could not seem to get on the program and stay on even though the pounds keep creeping up,I could not do it until now.It got so that at one point I even went on ebay and bought myself a set of digital food scales,thinking this will get me going again(WRONG)Wish me luck on this long journey,I sure will need it.I really think Im ready for it now.

Hi, BMC! I'm with you all the way. I have a similar story. Two years ago I had lost 25 pounds on ww, but it's back. I'm trying to get going again. I have never stopped exercising, but apparently what I was doing wasn't working. Will you be attending ww meetings, online??? I've done online for awhile, but I feel like I know it, and I think I can do it on my own. I hate spending any more money on weight loss! I had a decent breakfast (Kashi and milk), prepared a good lunch (yogurt, bran muffin, ff jello and veggies), and hope to have a reasonable dinner. I also plan on getting on the treadmill later today. Good luck to you!

BMC - YAY on your decision to get healthy again! Now you'll get your money's worth out of the food scales, lol. One of the best things you can do is come here to the 3FC boards when you're tempted to overeat. Reading about the others' success will inspire you!

Hi,THANKS for all the Support.Im doing the flex at home like I did before.I plan on visiting this site often in hopes of staying on track.I really think something has finally clicked in my head this time.I may have a ways to go,but I will get there sooner or later!!!!Thanks again to you all for the support.

It has been proven that those who attend meetings actual lose more weight and keep it off longer - because of the accountability. when you do it on your own, it's too easy to "start over tomorrow."

WOW you went from 356 down to 150!!!! Oh my goodness that is remarkable.You should be SOOOOOOO very proud of yourself not to mention how your husband must feel.(If you are married)Do you have any before and after photos?You must also feel better??

Hi Y'all,
I too was on WW many times before. I had weight loss surgery in 2001 and went from 400 to 210. I am now creeping up because I really never eat right. I am doing WW again to get myself back on track.
I am going to go to TOPS because it is so much cheaper that WW meetings. I am doing the WW flex plan though.

Susan-Did you lose all that weight on WW? That is so awesome! You go girl!!
