Journal Sat. Feb. 17

  • Good morning all! I am back to journal again- yesterday did not go as planned, so i am trying again! *L* I work at a chinese smorg place, which hasn't been a big problem until yesterday. On my break I "accidentally" sampled this little donut hole things, and ended up eating about 6 pts worth of them. Oops! Good thing I was planning for a sundae that night- it got cancelled, and I still came in 3 pts under what I had planned. Yay! Regardless, here I am again! I hope you all have a great weekend!

    Lunch:

    Exercise:
    25 minute walk-->done!!
