Hey there! I'm also on core

I'm liking it OK so far, what I like best is the flexibility to include "taboo" foods by spreading out my weekly points, and the one serving of cold cereal, and whole grains at dinner are "freebies" so far I likey! One idea for a salty crunchy snack is roasted chickpeas! I got it from the south beach diet cookbook, you take chickpeas (garbanzo beans) spread them out on a baking sheet, sprinkle w/ salt and pepper, and roast them in the oven till they're crunchy and roll around. They're a great snack when you gotta have something "snacky" but not a fruit or a veggie KWIM? Also penzeys spice company sells great all natural spices that you can use to make healthy dips and such that you can eat w/ fruits and veggies or cut up toasted whole wheat pita chips

Anyway good luck and keep us posted I'll do the same, because I'm really trying to go "natural" in my life, for me and my family and I've found some awesome websites for all natural whole grain foods
