I'm new to WW, my 3rd weigh in is tomorrow, and I'm going nuts!!!
I am at that time of the month that my cravings have kicked in. Granted they aren't as bad as usual, but I was wondering how you Ladies deal with it.
Thanks for the help, and this board is the reason I joined WW in the first place. Ya'll really are an inspiration!
And just about me, High weight 275 - current - 257.5 - goal 150 or less - WW pounds lost as of 2nd weigh in - 7.5!



. I buy weight watchers ice cream fudge bars (1 pt) or slim-a-bear by klondike (2pts). They are prepackaged, so I am not digging out a quart of ice cream into my bowl. Just eating one seems to really satisfy me and it is really low on points. I am an ice cream addict and escpecially during PMS so this is they only way I get through it. You can't taste the difference either, it is so good. I also recommend just making your exercising a little more, that seems to help me from feeling so crabby. So during that week I try to walk or jog more. I hope this helps.
