Default Considering WW and have a few questions

Hello everyone~

I am thinking of re-joining WW tomorrow. I was on WW a few years ago and did really well until I started a job with crazy hours and couldn't make it to the meetings. I stopped going and I stopped following the plan. I have been doing my own little plan for the past 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs so far but I would like something that will give me a little flexability. All I have now is a smoothie for breakfast and lunch (made with low carb fat free milk, fat free yougurt, fruit and slimfast) and then for dinner I have a frozen meal that is 350 calories or less. I work 3p-11p and have to eat dinner at work. The place where I work does provide us with free meals but I work at a jail and jail food is sooo bad for you!! I want to get back on the point system so that I can have more food choices and still lose some weight. Plus I am going on a cruise in 18 days and I don't want to go without some type of plan to follow and gain back my 10 lbs plus!

My only real question is what will I get as far as materials when I go sign up tomorrow? I had the organizer and everything else from 2 years ago but I sold it a while back. I couldn't remember exactly what I bought extra that wasn't included when I signed up. Basically, I need to know how much I'm going to be paying tomorrow to be sure that I have everything that I need to make this go around of WW a true success.

Thanks a bunch!

I just signed up not too long ago and it was $30 for the first week and $11 for weeks 2-11 and then after that it's $9.

You get a quick track system each week. The first week I got a cd, and a little handbook with information about WW. I also purchased a bigger book that had a lot of varities of food in it with the points.

It depends on what region you are in how much it costs to joing. What was stated above is for her region and unless you are in that region it may or be the same or higher. Try www.weightwatchers.com and go to FIND A MEETING and then you can get the specials for your region.

Week 1 gives you a welcome package, Week 1 booklet with both the info on Flex and Core as well as your points finder.

They still sell the organizers with the Dining Out Companion/Food Companion and carry case but again the cost is going to depend on your region.
