Well I'm starting weight watchers today and wanted to know if anybody could give me ANY good tips that'll work fastly like i never know what to eat to keep me full for a period of time, I'm needing to lose about 15-20lbs by April 1st do you think weight watchers will work, if i stay on track. I have the book and point finder, just doing it at home though..

thanks

Protein foods take longer to metabolize, so you will stay full longer on a food that is higher than protein. This means more eggs (or egg whites), chicken, etc, and less bread and pasta. Sugar and highly refined carbs, like bread, burn fast and leave you hungry sooner. Good luck!
