breakfast:
two protein bars 4
chai with milk 2

lunch:
ryvita and soy peanut butter and cream cheese 4
asparagus

dinner:
yummy enchilada casserole 6
two skinny cows (stressful day, okay?) 4


snack:

latte 2

exercise:
none darnit, it was a bad day.
