Hey There lucyann,
put me on your flex list. I've been on it for 11 weeks and have no intention on switching to core.

Default Flex

I've been on flex ever since the time it started in August of 2002. I'm pretty sure. I love it and my mom has lost 125 pounds on it and my dad has lost 80 on flex and core together. i've lost 18 on flex.

Hi all,
I am on flex and its been working great for me. Core is not for me, if I knew when I was full, wouldn't have gone up to almost 343 lbs. I need structure & limits.
Good luck everyone!!!

Hi all! I've been on flex since I joined in 9-03. I maintained the bulk of my weight loss since 6-04. Now i am back on program with a vengence.

I toyed with the thought of core. But the "eat what you need" part scares me. I need the structure of points and writing EVERYTHING down.

It's great to see so much success.

Karen

I'm on flex too. I need to manage the quantity I eat. I really love the flex program. If I want to have something "bad", I can plan and save up points and not worry about cheating.

I'm on flex and I prefer that. I have been on again, off again with WW for over 3 years. Here I am ON again.
