can someone help me? What was that formula for the old weight watchers plan that I loved so much, right before this new one. It was something like Calories/50 +fat grams/12-fiber/5. Do I have the fiber part right? I never used the pouints calculator, just always knew this formula, but now I forgot it, and need to get back on the program. Thanks guys! MWAA-(that's a kiss!)
