Carrots

    undefinedHey there. I have a really dorky question but my book is in the car and I am haveing a problem remembering if raw carrots and cucumbers have any point value. I had them for my am snack and need to record them but cant remember! Middleaged blonde moment!

    cucumbers have no points at all.

    W/W states 1 cup raw carrots/baby carrots have no points but 1 cup cooked has points.
