Lightbulb Started WW Today!

Hello- Im glad that I found a site like this. Well I didn't actually go to a Meeting or Pay for the Online stuff. But I got all the books and the Calculator so I know everything that I need to do. Im 5'8 178lbs and Im hoping to get to 150 and then from there I'll see if I want to lose more or not.
Well today I ate all of my points worth and I had about 90 ounces of water today! I will drink water to stop my cravings~ Today It helped! Any help with anything would be great!

Thank you and I'll be hoping to hear from you.

Hi, Tales! I just started BACK on WW today also. I went to meetings in the spring and then dropped out-just not ready to commit then, I guess. However, I did get some good ideas from the meetings I did attend. One biggie was to find a lot of low point, high bulk items to help fill up. Smart Pop Kettle Corn is a great one for me, as is sugar-free Jello with sugar-free Cool Whip and some fruit. If you'll look through your books, you'll find that there are quite a few ideas. I just got my books back out this morning, so wish me luck, also!

Hey Jill--Thank you for responding~ Thats good that you have worked up the courage to start again! Hopefully it will be easier this time now that you know what to expect. I won't go to the meetings they are expensive and Im kinda shy when it comes to this so Im just going to try to do it according to the books and by the scale I have! hehe.. Hopefully it will all workout well. For my Food Options I'll look into that Kettle Corn I love that. But I found at the Store Peanut Butter Rice Cakes.. YUMMY- They are delicious! 1 pt each and they are perfect for just a little Sugar Tooth! I also bought the Lean Cuisines-- 4 pts for the Chowmein! I love it so I think I should be fine for a lil while! I guess untill I start to see some sort of results who know what I'll be thinking~ Well Good Luck~ Im hoping to be to 170 by the end of Oct And hopefully to 150 By the middle of January if Im lucky and I stick with this! Wish me the best!
