Hmm... well, I would say eat them if you feel you have to, that is, if you still feel hungry after you eat the 31 you get for the day at the start.
I've read that people actually lose MORE if they DO eat their Activity & Flex Points... I find that is true for myself too. Your mileage may vary
As far as the intensity goes, I think you are probably more towards the moderate side of the scale. Unless you are peddling like an insane woman!

I thought I was using the elliptical trainer at the "high" end because even my wrists would sweat, but then I tried running on the treadmill... and I learned what "high" REALLY is. Ha! That's my take anyway.
On a side note: awesome job on biking for 35 minutes!
