WW now provides a lower carb option and a lower protein version.
The lower carb encourages you to eat "better carbs" like whole grain products and brown rice but you still get to eat a balanced diet with fruit and veggies
There are tons of great WW recipes on this site and if you check out the main 3fc page there are even more and they show the points values too- very convenient! Also in the fast food guide (also on the 3fc main page) you can look up the nutritional info for a lot of popular restaurants and get the points too.
