Hey, I'm finally doing the WW diet. I'm 18 years old, male, and had recently had a problem with low sugar with my other (self-made) diet. Now, I'm doing a diet that allows me to eat ... heh. I have a daily maximum of 28 points.
Breakfast -
One Egg
One cup Skim Milk
1/4 slice Pita Bread
Lunch -
Salad
--Vinegar
Vegetarian Baked Beans
Dinner -
Wrap
--1/4 slice pita bread
--1 Boca Burger
--1/2 cup green bell pepper
--Very few sun-dried tomatoes
--An Arabic version of Sour Cream (1 point)
1 cup Skim Milk
As soon as I buy them, I'll have some apples, bananas, and oranges in my diet.
Let's hope this works. I want to lose 35 pounds. Even 25 would be OK.
