Okay, weighed in today down 1.4#, so I'm about .2# away from my original 10% again and 10% away from my goal.

I'm going to continue keeping off those carbs, walking and running, lifting weights, trying to drink water and journalling.
I have two real weeks before my next long trip, I really hope to be down to a new
10 lb. range by then. That would be cewl.

I do return the day after memorial day. Maybe my goal between my leaving and returning is not to gain weight.
