New here

  • Hi I just joined WW a few weeks ago and I have had good results so far !! I have a hard time getting in all my point because I am still nursing , actually what my real problem is , I use too many points up with grains!!!! Does anyone have any advice ?? My life is soo busy being a single mom to two boys that I barely have time to eat !!

    Congrats on joining WW's. I hope you like it as much as I do. Some ideas--you probably need foods that you can grab because you don't have much time. How about keeping pre-washed, pre-cut veggies in the fridge? Also individual servings of protein such as string cheese and wedge cheese (Laughing Cow). Hardboil of batch of eggs for snacking--you can always throw out the yolks. Hope this gets you started on ideas. for fun with your two little guys!
