Saskie, I've tried every WW program there has been including the one in the 1960's that made me eat liver twice a week and no bread after twelve noon! In any case, I love the flexpoints WW plan. It seems to be the discipline I need (whoa--I've already used 8 flexpoints, do I really need that ------whatever) and the flexability I crave (hey, I can have that-----in a small amount because that's what flexpoints are for).
So for me this plan is the best. I aim to hit my target points (26) daily, exercise 4-5 days a week and don't eat those activity points, and use flexpoints when it seems right. This week I ate a lot of flexpoints and still lost 1.2# which is great for me at my age.
Congrats to all of us during this Valentine's Challenge. What day did we start? I've lost four pounds since 1/6 and aim to lose at least two more by Valentine's Day to meet my personal challenge.
I'm really up for this.
Love,
Judy

At the end of January I'm going to get a bravo because I've exercised everyday.
) and I'm the same. Which is good as I've had all my FP and some of my AP. I didn't count points yesterday but I think I was on target. I counted before supper and had 14 left to go. So I think I'm okay.
I have been MIA for a few days, as my DH was off and we spent some much needed time just relaxing and enjoying movies
My scale is back down as of this morning from my weekend of pure weakness, so I am hoping to just stay the same at this coming weigh in ....
Keep up the great work everyone, and good luck at weigh in this week
I am excited to see how it works for you!
I know that I have to go, no matter what. I will still weigh more than I want to, even if I don't go get on the scale!!! And I won't work to get it off until I do go back to the meetings....so I will do it!
You know that you're better for it even though you don't see different numbers right
This summer I will golf more as I can leave
at a sitter easier.
Maybe it's just luck and tomorrow it will all be back
