  • Weigh in is tonight- I am looking forward to it, but also dreading it. I really hope to have lost at least some of that darn 7.8lb gain!!! I was hopeful before, but feel quite bloated right now.

    Well, I haven't really been tracking or journaling for the past few weeks. I've had a cold off and on during this time and felt sick enough so that I felt it woudn't be wise to exercise. (Even though I wanted to be able to use my new Tae Bo tape really bad!) Don't know when I'll feel up to exercising, but I figured I can at least try to journal my points to get a head start on getting back to my goal weight.
    I'd had a pretty bad sore throat and on Sunday woke up with laryngitis. I've also had a bad cough and have been coughing up some pretty nasty stuff, so I called the doctor. He thought it sounded like I also have a lung infection, so today I started on antibiotics and Robittusin AC with codeine. The codeine is helping me to feel muccccccch better. (It's supressing that hacking cough as well as giving me pain relief). Hope you all are doing better than me healthwise right now. DD has had a cold too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that her's won't get any worse. Seems pretty mild right now.

    Breakfast:
    1 sm. bagel with 1 tbsp. lite cream cheese(4/4)
    1 c. skim milk(2/6)

    Lunch:
    1 Lean Cuisine entree(5/11)

    Dinner:
    1 Lean Cusine entree(4/15)
    2 red. fat cookies(2/17)

    Snack:
    1 orange(1/18)

    Snack #2:
    1 c. raisin bran w/1/2 c. skim milk(3/21)
    2 slices lite bread with ICBNB spray(1/22)
    Total for the day=22 points!
