Default Made it through the Weekend!! WHEW!!

Good Monday everyone! Well I'm doing pretty good and still feeling great about WW. In fact....this is the first time I can remember being anxious to get to a meeting and learn what else is new! But of course, we're supposed to get a snow storm on Thurs. day (We go to WW Thurs. night!!) It'll be my first weigh in and I'm LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!! This is scary. I have been ever so very faithful OP and really enjoying myself!! My next mini goal is to get an exercise ball and a pilates/ball book and start exercising . I'll attempt to get these tomorrow....WOOHOO!!!! something is definitely wrong with me...LOL
Have a great day all and have a great OP week. I'll hopefully post new weight on Friday!!!!!

Hi there!
Congrats on a successful weekend! That is not easy to do, especially that first weekend.
I of course went out to eat on Sunday for lunch. But that was my only meal of the day. I went over my points (had already used my Flex Point! for the week..) but I just started over fresh today.

More snow! Oh no! Say it ain't so!
I'm in Boston...freezing my tushy off...thinking about those warmer days! LOL!

Sarah, you keep hanging in there. Weekends ARE tough, specially with my husband! He's always wanting to go out....we live 1 mile from our local VFW and are there allllll the time! Makes it tough, but I just try to stay home most of the time.
I still have 35 flex points to use. Thinking about using a couple this weekend....we'll see, but looks like I'll lose them for this week, which is ok! lol
Keep up the good work and slow and steady is the way to go!

I actually chose my meetings on Monday night so that it would keep me on track over the weekends. It's just too tempting otherwise. Just take it one step at a time, and perhaps plan to have something on hand for the weekend that is low points so you can indulge without going overboard.

I have gone out on weekends with friends and still lost weight on the Monday weigh in, so it isn't impossible to do! Just have to make sure you don't go off the deep end and it isn't so bad.
