Breakfast:

banana
2 fig newtons
1 sl. toast w. 1 tbsp light cream cheese, 1 sl. blackforest ham

snack: 2 clementines (1 pt)
Diet iced tea (O pts)


Lunch: veggie soup
6 inch grilled chicken sub, no cheese
mango coconut biscotti
(10 pts)

Supper:

magic Cocoa (1)
4 fig newtons (yeah yeah, I know, the package is almost gone)
(4pts)
1 clementine (.5)
1 sl. ww bread w/ light cream cheese & roast beef (4pts)

Total: 28.5
