I need to find out the points and serving sizes for chicken and broccoli and steamed white rice ( from a chinese take-out place). The chicken and broccoli is in some type of sauce, but doesn't taste "heavy" or fattening, just slightly sweet.

It should because it is right out of the W/W information? But anyway Chicken and Broccoli is 2 points per cup. It is in the Week One booklet.
