I need help! I have been on this diet for three weeks and haven't lost a pound. And I know the cause. Night Eating. I do good all day and the night comes and I can's stop eating. I need help..... HELP!!!!
or eat a little more durring the day so you are not starving when you get home.
Also i find that having dinner ready, (I doubble cook, freeze 1/2) so I know that i have dinner ready to go for that night in the morning.

The usually cause of night eating is boredom or not eating enough good foods during the day - try having 5-6 smaller meals with a little protein or fat at each and you will probably be amazed at how much better you do.
