Have tried Weight Watchers many times with no success. I am thinking about trying the Freestyle program. Could anyone tell me how they like it.

Hi - I registered so I could answer this. I have been on -every- points program they've had. Every one. I would have success, then they would change it - I would hate the change and get mad and quit... gain it back and then come back. Every. Time. Lifetime THREE times, lol. Not gonna quit when they change this time.
Anyway - out of ALL the points programs... freestyle is my absolute favorite. Hands down. I started 12/4/2017 and as of 1/8/18 I have lost 10 pounds. I don't feel deprived at all... I eat a lot of the free foods and add in pointed foods for flavor, and I also eat ALL my weeklies and I'm still losing. It's honestly fantastic. Hope you join!

I like freestyle to, I think that it is the best one yet.
I registered to reply. I started Freestyle on April 27th. I’ve lost 2.2 pounds since then. I absolutely love it. I don’t feel deprived and I love being able to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
I'm worried about there being too many zero point foods. I started Sunday night and I've been following it. But when I am hungry, I haven't made any attempt to limit myself in the amount of food. Instead, I just make sure to eat zero point foods so that I won't exceed my daily allotment. Will this be enough to lose weight? Do I have to make a particular effort to limit the amount of food?
