Do you count your smoothies?
I know we're supposed to, but I don't. I'm really bad with getting my fruit in, so this is my main source of fruit.
I make mine with spinach or kale, 1/2 - 1 banana, and assorted frozen fruit(cranberries, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, mango - whatever I have) and water.
Can't believe that you're supposed to count a banana as 5 points if you blend it! I can see why they smoothies can't be free because drinking them all day wouldn't work. I try to drink one most days.
