I just started PointsPlus, I get 44. Today was my first day actually, and I used them all, plus 7 of my weekly. I don't yet have the right foods in the house though.

I started at 47 and now I get 30. Usually eat all my weeklies, never eat my activity points. Down 118lbs in 13 months thanks to Weight Watchers

I currently get 32. I am online only and have been slacking in the past few weeks and haven't weighed myself. I'm slightly scared, but that's why I joined this site, rt? To have the support I need to face the scale and to be healthier! This is my second go around with WW and I lost 50 lbs the first time around. Too bad I've gained probably 30 back in the past year and a half due to my poor choices in food =(

I just made the switch from the breastfeeding plan to normal plan, even though my baby isn't 100% weaned. She's a year old and only nurses in the morning and at night, so really I don't need to worry about keeping up my supply..... BUT I lost 7 points! I went from 33 to 26! I also started running again, so I will probably end up eating my activity points if I feel hungry. I notice if I use all of my weeklies then I don't lose at all, so I try to use them sparingly.

I just started 10 days ago. I started with 36 points. Lost 3.5 lbs the first week and now I have 33 points.

I had a hard time eating all the points the first few days, lol!!! But now I use most every day. And some days a few of the weekly points. Eating out is killer to me.

I started with 29 points (which was the lowest you could be at that point, back in 2011) and now I'm at 26 (which is the current lowest you can get.) There are days when I struggle to get to 26, and then there are other days when I think, "26?! That's it, I'm officially going to starve to death." *L*

I eat every single one of my weekly points, too. Always have. But I use them all in one go. I like to live dangerously.

I started with 44 which sometimes made me feel like I was eating a lot but I would just use it as snacks through out the day. now down to 39 and I def use them sometimes ill have 2-3 left over

I just dropped to 27 points after having lost 3 Lbs last week. Some days I am just not that hungry and I will have 2 points or so left over. Other days it feels like I will not make it on the 27. I really try not to eat my weekly points, hoping for a bigger loss, but sometimes I do chip into them a little, but so far there has not been a week where I used all of my weekly points. I never even touch my activity points.

On average I lose anywhere between 1-2 lbs a week. I am down 14 lbs so far!

I get 26 points per day.

I've also found that if I eat my weekly points, my weight loss for that week is very modest - normally around half a pound. I have also seen that if I eat none of my weekly points, my weight loss is also pretty low (again, around half a pound per week).

The strategy that works for me is to eat about half my weekly points the day I weigh in, or the day after I weigh in - typically lose 1-1.5 pounds per week doing this.

I don't eat any of my activity points.
