Veneficae, I was routinely losing 3-4lbs a week for awhile but, luckily, I only do WW online so only the computer scolded me.

Meeting my daily FitBit activity goals is really paying off. I was 182.6 this morning! From 185 this weigh in and quite a bit of stalling. Maybe I'll hit my 100lbs by Thanksgiving after all!

That is awesome PUPMOM5!! I am rooting for you and I know you can get it, you have 10 days!! I want a FitBit sooo bad! I already told my 2 kids thats what I want for Christmas and they can go halfsies and get it for me. I know it will make me move more knowing that I can see it on the computer! Do you wear it all the time? I did some Christmas shopping on Saturday and walked around stores for hours so I know I burned some calories, can't wait to get mine.

I have the Flex, so it's the bracelet, and I wear it everywhere. It's nice because you'll never forget it and your steps are always tracked. I have the old one, the new ones have all your info there on the bracelet for you to see. I highly recommend it!

You will totally get there! If it would work I would run an extra mile for you!!!

Question, I want a fitbit, but does it track heart rate?

196.2 this morning, hoping this water will fall off from this weekend.

I have decided to move my weigh in day to Friday.... This will be transition week. Just going to try to stay with dps until weigh in again on Friday, then set my tracker.

Lazylioness, no - unfortunately, it doesn't track heartrate. I was reading about those monitors they use on Biggest Loser, the bodybugg (they used to be called, but googling will still get you to their website) and they're very similar to FitBit but also track heart rate and are very comparable in price. You do have to wear them around your upper arm though.

Driven, my fingers are crossed for you! Time for a whoosh!

I've decided to start looking into cooking classes because I think I need to be more functional in the kitchen for the next part of my weight loss journey. Right now, I'm such a bad cook, I would boil a poptart.

I will have to look into that.

I do not mind wearing it on my arm, I am only going to be worried about heart rate when I am working out anyway.

Thanks for the intel!

Thanks so much PUPMOM5 for the info! Thanks to my wonderful daughter, I am getting the FitBit One for Christmas!! She ordered it today, I am gonna be like a kid at Christmas ready to open presents and play with my new toy....lol!

I was a bad girl this weekend and did the QVC/HSN watching and ended up ordering myself a Keurig....it was the TSV on QVC with 6 payments of $25 so I couldn't pass it up....lol. Does anyone else here have one? If so, what is the best WW friendly kind of coffee to buy for it?

On another note.....I took 2 pairs of pants to get altered because they were literally falling off me, I had to clip one pair with a binder clip at work, and it cost me $30!! Way too much money to spend, will not be doing that again!!

Have a great day all!

Hello everyone! I just signed up for WW through work and my first meeting is on December 3rd. It's nice to see that there's a place in here with so many experts I'm so excited to get started!

Ran 15 minutes on and off, for a total of 32 minute treadmill work out.

Great job, Driven! I've been getting my 10k steps in a day, but no more progress with running OR with 30 Day Shred (I've been battling a tension migraine and body pain; doesn't make me want to do the Shred for sure!)
