  • Staying on plan, meaning never eating more than dailies and weeklies. Only dipping into weeklies a certain amount of days a week. 1 splurge of eating out or fast food, or like a frosty.

I would love to join u. I have taken a pretty long break from losing weight but am ready to make these last three months this year count!!!

My goal is to lose 4kg this month (since I have lots of water to lose I think this is realistic).

  • Hi! I am in need of major accountability this month especially since October is the month of candy corn!! Goodness I love that stuff. Since March of this year I have been in the 170s. I once saw 172. Right now though I need to take baby steps to get to the magic 169. Weighed in this morning at 180.8. Won't be able to officially weigh in until Saturday mornings. Here's to being OP in October!

Update: Moving weigh in days to Thursday mornings.

    SW: 180.8
    Oct1: 179.4
    Oct2: 178.2
Oct 5: 178.2 (had 2 slices of pizza and 2 glasses of wine with a friend last night. I have a feeling this is inflated from sodium and pizza goodness.)
