I'm eating a lot more food than I did before I started WW (granted, the food I ate before was much more calorie-dense.) I tried my best to eat super filling things. ie- after dinner I still felt hungry, so I made a fruit and yogurt smoothie with chia, hoping it'd fill me up... it didn't.
I'm just feeling frustrated. I'm afraid of continuing to eat til I feel satisfied because I don't want to screw up my weight loss, but I also can't stand being hungry all the time!
Try more 0 points foods. Add some veggies and fruit. Personally I am not a big fruit eater, but I can eat the crap outbid some steamed veggies!
Maybe you are just dwelling on the hunger part? I mean lets face it, none of us are in our current positions because we enjoy being hungry, doing without, etc.
Or maybe there is something goin on that you have not thought of. I eat my feelings. If there is stress, I eat. Good or bad I eat my feelings.
Are you PMSing? I can never feel like I can eat enough about a week before that time.
Or, i just thought of this, are you drinking sips of water between bites? Are you eating slowly? Are ou eating in front of the tv?
All of those things trigger my eating/coping habits. I also know if I eat more carbs (pasta, bread etc) I do feel like I am hungry. I know I am not, but it feels that way.
