HAHAHA! I actually started to read "chia seeds" until I saw salsa. That would be rather disgusting!

Is it bad that I'm kind of tempted to see what gross gelatinous thing mixing eggs and chia seeds would make? ick.

Also, I ate up to my points the last couple days of this week (my weigh-in day is Friday) and today I finally hit onederland! Thanks everybody for your suggestions in this thread.

That is AWESOME!!!! Congrats on getting to ONEderland!

I have seen recipes where you mix chia seeds and milk (generally almond) to make a sort of tapioca-ish pudding. I'm totally going to try it sometime.

Congrats on the weight loss.

Just for grins, I put your day into myfitnesspal as best I could. I couldn't put in the soup since there are so many different kinds. On some stuff I didn't know exactly what kind you ate (the WW ice cream bar).

I also didn't know what kind of Sargento cheese or if you were using a reduced fat. I used the full fat swiss.

Anyway, I came out with 1406 calories with 204 carbs, 39g of fat, 75g protein, 38g of fiber and 71g of sugar. Now most of that sugar is from fruit although some if from the WW dessert.

A few comments. The number of calories is probably fine, hence your weight loss. That said, the reason your points are low is that you are overloading on fruits and vegetables. I counted about 8-9 total servings when WW is thinking you are going to be eating more like 5. I would probably alternate the bananas and strawberries on alternate days or cut out the baby carrots.

Given your overall profile you could probably have a little bit lower carb diet if you cut down the fruits a little but added some protein (maybe use a whole egg instead of just the egg white, for example) and some oils. You were at about 24% fat on the things I entered (and that assumes you were eating full fat cheeses) so you could easily afford to eat your healthy oils. For snacks, rather than eating things like the weight watchers ice cream bar (and I do eat them some myself) or the popped rice snacks you might consider eating snacks that have more nutrition such as nuts (high calorie but high nutrition) or cheese sticks.

Also if you are eating this same meal every day I would suggest mixing it up a little. When I eat the same thing every day I tend to get burned out and eventually want to eat everything in sight. I do have favorites but I try to rotate them around.

Yes get your points in, even if you have to grab a drink of orange juice for points! Or a drink that doesnt have lots of sodium or sugar in it!!! Have some nuts, a small handful is tons of points plus you are getting your "good fats"
