What type of WW plan am I doing?
A few years ago I had good success losing weight on Weight Watchers. I didn't join anything but instead just found a calculator online that showed how many points I should be eating and found a generic list of WW points for foods. This was before Points Plus came out.
I'm not interested in joining WW or in Points Plus. However I'd like to get back into a points system like this. But I'm curious now what kind of WW plan I had going back then? I had about 27ish points per day, maybe less, although I weighed more then. I ate a lot of zero point veggies and fruit.
Now I come to this part of 3FC and see a LOT of different plans through the years...What in the world type of plan was I doing a few years ago? It was working for me though.
