Thanks... No worries... I know I'm probably "over thinking" all of this anyway... Because I've been yo-yoing with these 20lbs for like the last 10 years... lol...

I don't think 59 is *that* much, because with a couple "free" fruits/vegetables, I imagine you're getting 2,500 calories at most.

Exactly! .... That's just what I'm finding out... WW is pretty low calorie.... I'm definitely not finding it as easy as I thought it would be... But I can see how it will definitely work if I stick to it and I'm pretty strict with it...

But that pretty much sums up trying to lose weight no matter how you do it...

I started at 34 and now I'm at 32. Those two points were devastating. In fact, I'm devastated every time they take a point away.

My dad does WW and his points are in the 50s.

When I started, I had 43 points a day. Now I'm down to 31 points. But the adjustment has been so gradual that it really hasn't been a big deal.

I will say this, though. The first two weeks I was chew-my-own-arm-off hungry. Yes, 43 points is a lot of food but I had basically been eating mass amounts of food every day for months. After that first two weeks, something went *click* and I was no longer all that hungry. In fact, for the longest time, I had trouble eating all my points. Now that I'm down to 31 points, that is no longer an issue. I eat all my points and dip into my weeklies on a regular basis.
