Default Question for those who are insulin resistent on ww

Do you find you have to stay awayfrom most carbs in order to lose weight? Or can you eat whatever you want and still lose weight as long as you follow your pp?

I have found that by limiting my eating of bread, potatoes, rice and stopping the drinking of milk, I'm losing about 2 lbs a week without much trouble. Bread and milk are my weaknesses. I love a good chewy or nutty bread with butter and a big glass of milk. I miss them, but not really all that bad.
I started this go around on Feb 28th, 2013.

I take a Cinnamon/Chromium supplement before every meal, never have more than 1 serving of bread but really find that as long as I'm within my points, I lose consistently.

I still have to watch my carbs, but sticking to whole foods and whole grains help.
