Default I'm back

Hey all my weight watchers friends! Long time no talk... I know I've been mia. I had taken a Weight Watchers hiatus because life was happening. I made it down to my goal weight, which I am hovering about 2 lbs over, so I would say that's a success. I'm here to refocus myself and lose about 10 more lbs. I also had been running and haven't really ran since October, shame on me. I have a 5k I want to run next month so I'm hoping with hardwork and dedication, I can train for it and lose those 2 lbs to return to goal with the long term goal of getting down 10 more lbs.

Hope everyone's journey is going well!

I lost the majority of my weight on points plus. My biggest piece of advice is to not be afraid to use your weeklies. I used them every week and lost the weight. You just have to find what is right for your body. Also, have an idea of go to meals. Like I would have spaghetti once a week and made sure to have it on hand in case a dinner plan fell through. I also kept a pack of turkey hotdogs. One last thing is to always measure your food. Invest in a good food scale and measuring cups.
