Hey all,
I just discovered this helpful site today so i joined. To quickly introduce myself. My name is Amanda, from Georgia. I joined WW online on Jan. 5 and so far by tracking everything i ate and small amounts of exercise I have dropped from 220 to 202. This week I am trying to rack up more AP to reach my first mini goal of 200 by next weigh-in. Here I hope to gain and give a little encouragement on those difficult days ahead.
