I lost 2.8 wk1 and then 2.1 wk2. I lost each week for 27 weeks straight til my first gain, lol! I like WW because when it comes to taking notes and writing things down, I'm very anal and so followed the program religiously.
I'm just past 1 year on program and while I'm not as strict as I was in the beginning, I'm still op and I still love it. WW is a way of life...a way I can eat forever, depending upon what I choose to spend my points on and I love that!
