Default The "board" at ww.com is RUDE

I was attempting to find support over at ww.com on the 100+ to lose board and dear lord those ladies are super RUDE. I asked one question and got land blasted. Not going there again.

That's terrible! You will find that this board is much more supportive and postive. That's why I keep coming back. I know I will find support and motivation here.

I am not on that board.I am sorry that happened to you.I like the recipe review page, gdt and on the points plus boards.I keep them open 24/7. Sometimes people can seem harsh I don't post a lot because I don't want to be blasted. The times when I do ask a question everyone has always been very helpful.I don't know the question you asked but sometimes people take things wrong or whatever it is difficult online to know what someone is thinking/feeling.I suggest another board.

I follow that board, but don't often post. I feel that support on the website is hit or miss, and find majority of my support through the online friends I've personally connected with. What did you post?

I was on there the other day and noticed a lot of them making fun of how many new members there were for the New Year. They were saying not to worry, it would clear out soon and would be back to their old group. I decided then not to even look at those boards. Don't need the negativity

I have yet to find a weight loss support board that is as welcoming, open, and encouraging as 3FC. I love this community!

I find all boards pretty much the same and Im on alot of boards including the one you speak of. Established regulars say as they like established moderators support the status quo whatever that may be and new voices often move as they are either shocked by the behaviour or are moderated off to keep established patterns going. Ive yet to find a board much different the key is to find a board that resonates with you I think.

I've been there once or twice and can't stand it. Definitely don't need their negativity in my life. I will stick with 3FC!

I don't like their boards mostly because I hate navigating there. But I have found that there tend to be a lot more WW die-hards there as well. If you're not following the program to a T then you're not worthy. Sorry, but some of us live in the real world!

For me, the WW board is great to ask a question and get an answer, but for actually getting support and making friends, it's just too fast paced to find the same people. And they have some groups that even say on their first post of the thread 'no outsiders'. Sheesh! I'm much happier here.

I was really put-off by the 100+ to lose board there too. It wasn't so much the rudeness (but I saw some of that too), but it seemed like all the recent threads were not about weight-loss or WW - just random, off-topic stuff mostly. The organization and navigation of their boards is annoying too.

I am a member of a lot of different forums, not all about diet. I have to say that I find the WW forum, Yuck.

I do frequent here, and I cruise through the WW boards,2 fitness boards, and I also do online graphic work, and cruise 3 boards there as well.

All very helpful and friendly with the exception of WW. I actually typed up a post for WW tonight and it said they had a 2000 character including spaces limit! And although I have not checked it out, I don't think you can up load photos. I might be wrong about that.

As a LT member of WW I've tried to become user friendly with the site, but it's just clunky and slow and irritates me to no end. And the folks aren't nearly as friendly and helpful and non judgemental as they are here at 3FC!
