I agree with Lauren - try and pre-track your week, so you can prepare and plan ahead for your meals.
If you are going out shopping a lot, bring some fruit/cheesesticks/other light snacks along so you aren't tempted to pull in somewhere and eat off plan.
If you like to cook, get your WW cookbooks out or search online for good recipes that you'd like to try, and cook some new things for dinner.
Start every day with exercise. You'll be less likely to go off plan later in the day.
