Bummed that I didn't lose anything. I did stay the same. Wish it was easier to lose weight but for me the weekends are my biggest struggle. Especially now since the weather is cooler and can't get outside. So I sit and become a couch potato and watch TV/read/eat. I have mindless munching going on.
What do others to do stop the mindless munching? Does anyone even have this problem. Sometimes I feel like it is just me.
Ok I will weigh in tomorrow, I have been traveling for business and my eating has really been ??? sucsky?? so I expect a gain
but the good news is I am going to do another day of NRoL4W may not get my 3 days in but I look at these first few weeks as getting to know my weights

Oh, if I could I would munch my way through life!! But I end up eating fruits, and sometimes popcorn. But I make my own, with no oil and nothing, just corn...
Ah and I like those little baby carrots, they're good to chew on. hahaha
OK I will take my small but happy .4 loss considering I have had almost no exercise for 7 days and was traveling for business.
Anytime you are travelling and can come home with a loss is a major victory! WTG! We are going to Las Vegas on the 15th for 6 days, and I hope I fare as well.

if your hotel has a pool try going for a quick swim.. usually everyone is up for that and its great exercise and much more fun

Rhonda- I also like to snack. I will sometimes snack on fruits because they are free points. I also love eating light microwave popcorn with Kernel Seasons flavor seasoning on top. A whole bag of the popcorn is 4 points and the seasoning is 0 points.
No loss or gain this week for me. I'm surprised because I went a little over my points last week and missed 2 days at the gym, but I'm not complaining.
I'm really enjoying going to the gym. Just in the 6 weeks since I've started going, I've noticed my body changing. At first, it was difficult for me just to walk a mile. Last week I walked 4 miles straight! This was so exciting for me and I'm looking forward to seeing just what else my body is able to do as I become healthier.

Hi April, and welcome! If you click on the link for the spreadsheet, you can enter your weight there. As far as the ticker, I think you have to be a member of 3FC for a certain length of time before you can get one. If you click on the Quick Links at the top of the page you will see them. Your weigh in day can be whatever day your official Weight Watchers weigh in day is.
