 10-25-2012, 10:03 PM #1 one pound at a time Thread Starter     Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: KY Posts: 301 S/C/G: 250/check tracker/150 Height: 5'5" how many points equal calories Is there a way to find out how many calories you consume when you eat 44 points a day? And is there a way to figure out how many cals are in the weekly bonus points(49)? I didn't know if there was a way to figure that out.

But at 31 points I eat about 1300-1350 calories which comes out to roughly 40 calories a point (I track on MyFitnessPal along with tracking points)

Yes. Fruits and (some) veggies may be zero points but they aren't zero calories.
