Something Interesting
So, I've done more work than I need to but I was curious. How do my 3 favorite plans of all time stack up against eachother. The results for one day....plans looked at...Body For Life (Right Eating), Weight Wathcers Points Plus, and Calorie counting (via Lose It)........
BFL....only concerned with Protein and carb at each meal with veggies and healthy oil added, too...fruits ok for carbs....143 g protein, 130 g carb, 44g fat (38%, 35%, 27%).
Weight wathcers.....33 points allowed daily...came in at 29
Calorie counting......1479 budget...came in at 1481
So...What did all that work logging 3 different ways tell me? It all works! LOL! Listen to your body and what works best for you!
