Default Active Link - Activities That Rack the Points Up

I was wondering if anyone would share any activities they have found that get them to their 100% (Active Link) for the day quicker than other activities.

I just got mine yesterday. Hope it works for me. I am cutting back my exercise for the assessment period, as what I am doing now, isn't my normal activities.

I don't blame you. That is what I did. I tell you....this is really a motivator and the coach online is wonderful. It truly is like have a personal trainer.

Let me know if you come up with any activity that you find gets you more for your buck in terms of getting closer to your daily goal.

I've had mine for just over a week and I really REALLY wish I could just return it. Having SO MANY problems.

What kind of problems? I've had mine a few weeks and no problems. The assessment period was annoying with not being to see what you were doing but other than that it works fine. I wear mine on a chain under my clothes and just keep it on all the time.
