Hi y'all! Today is the end of my week and tomorrow is my WI. I am pretty sure that I will gain. This whole week I've been bad

. Because past 2 WI were good becasue I lost some weight so been eating bad this whole week. But I still sticked to my tracking. And I saw all the points were used up. Well hello yeah because been eating junk foods, sweets, candies, cakes, oily food you name it

I dont know but I have been craving to eat junk food (and I just finished my TOM. hmmm

). So yeah basically it will surely be a gain tomorrow. If I do gain I hope its just a pound or two
By the way question. So today I went over my points. As in way over and it was indicated at my point tracker as -17!! Is this a bad thing?

So tomorrow is my new week so will it carry over and minus it from my WP? (49-17)? Its my first time going way over my WP (Dang! those donuts ~~ and yes I had 2 1/2 sevings of DD!!)
