Good morning

The weather here has been icky. It's continued to be a drag, and a big hurdle in making me want to exercise. Oh, I know. I know! I've got to overcome the excuses. Movement is good for me. It's healthy, and I honestly do love it once I'm in the middle of it.

Tomorrow the plans are to restock on the local produce. At the very least having lots of fruits and vegetables around has been amazing. Good food choices around the house.

*takes a deep breath* One moment at a time.

Good luck this week, everyone!

Good luck to you too, Lovely. Thanks so much for setting up all the threads, etc!

I have not been tracking at all last week nor this weekend but I have been mindful of my eating and doing a lot better with the drinking though. Since we are done with the move and most of the unpacking, I will be getting back on track tomorrow.

I don't really have anything planned this week, just going to take it easy.

Well I am so amazed that another week has gone by! I will weigh in tomorrow and my goal this week is to get back to my exercise routine. It has been over a week since I have been to the gym and I am feeling bloated and sluggish

Lovely again thank you for always keeping up with these threads. I have really come to rely on you for this motivation each week. I agree with you this is the best time of year for fresh produce as a matter of fact I just bought a pineapple and some great strawberries to munch on this week.

I failed at tracking on phone but did my best to mentally calculate for the most part, I am not really that concerned since I have not been drinking at all and any excess points would be taken from the weeklies.

I am feeling better enough now to think about working out again but I'm not really sure what to start with so I don't over-stress my abdominal muscles which (I think) were pulled a couple months ago. I might try the elliptical on the easiest/lowest setting and/or just hand weights Whatever I decide, I will definitely ease slowly back into it.

A rainstorm happened earlier today which was nice since it climbed back up to the high 90s again. Looking forward to the fall! Hope everyone is having a good week so far.

Hi y'all! Today is the end of my week and tomorrow is my WI. I am pretty sure that I will gain. This whole week I've been bad . Because past 2 WI were good becasue I lost some weight so been eating bad this whole week. But I still sticked to my tracking. And I saw all the points were used up. Well hello yeah because been eating junk foods, sweets, candies, cakes, oily food you name it I dont know but I have been craving to eat junk food (and I just finished my TOM. hmmm ). So yeah basically it will surely be a gain tomorrow. If I do gain I hope its just a pound or two

By the way question. So today I went over my points. As in way over and it was indicated at my point tracker as -17!! Is this a bad thing? So tomorrow is my new week so will it carry over and minus it from my WP? (49-17)? Its my first time going way over my WP (Dang! those donuts ~~ and yes I had 2 1/2 sevings of DD!!)
