Still tracked this week , but ate a few too many bigger restaurant meals and i was a little careless sometimes while tracking points (guessing instead of calculating). It has helped me with food selection to track everything. I am down 2 lbs this week. Hope everyone is doing well on the challenge and with life!

Feeling crappy...scale went up, but it's TOM starting today and I'm am all crampy and bloated feeling. Need to excercise, but it's 104 here and miserable outside. We need a break in this heat so badly and it's ruining my summer.
Hope you are all doing well!
Way to go Straight! Hope to see some more losses posted!

Well, y'all- I know I am up in weight due to water but the actual gain, not sure how much exactly (yet.) I will be going back to just my daily points because in the last week, I have been making up the extra points with alcohol (was doing it wendie-plan the whole time) and that's not cool or healthy. My mentality sort of became "because I have the points so I can" hence the decision to change my WOE. We will see how it goes.

Goals for the week: Not a DROP of alcohol!!! Summer celebrations and whatnot be damned, more water, and of course, tracking everything to be accountable.

Great job, Straight!!

Well I was up slightly still not sure what the deal is so I am going to go back over my log to see what can be improved. I am really pushing the water so that is a plus. I also am noticing I am not as diligent about sticking with my routine about eating my veggies. So this morning I pulled out a bag of raw veggies that DH had cut up last night and am munching on them...

I just finally updated from my chart I keep on the computer. For some reason I couldn't find the spreadsheet for a while. Lol.

Since I just started my losses were going gangbusters! Now they're starting to slow down. Shucks. Oh well. It would be unrealistic of me to expect to have the same losses the first two weeks as I did the last two weeks.

Hello Ladies!!! Well, did a mid week weigh-in just to check things out...almost to the end of TOM and I am back down to 174. Amazing what weekend drinking and female issues can put on you.

Amandie - I'm with you. I drank several of my extra points last weekend due to Homecoming in our town. WRONG!!! Going to stay away from it this weekend, and see if that gives me an extra push. Good luck to you!

m3K - you are soooo close to your onderland!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Nancy - when I looked back at my charts I noticed that i lose more when I eat less process food and more whole fruits and veggies. Keep at it..you're doing great!

Okay, off to work! Have a great day everyone!

Hi guys been MIA for awhile. Been doing stuff, working and taking care of my neice and nephew while their dad works night shift and their mom in London for her class reunion (lucky her she's gonna see some events at the olympics!).

Been up and down this past 2 weeks. I got my weight back before I went to vacation but I gained again last week. Blaming myself of course because stalled on my tracking. Yes not been tracking properly. Sometimes assuming the points instead of calculating it. And even some days I dont track at all. Being lazy I guess. This of course backfired and I gained weight.

I did tell you guys the last time I posted here that I was back on track. But Noooo nada hahahah.. I know its hard but I am getting tired of this happening to myself. Yoyo wieght! Argh!

I know there is still hope for me yet And as I said before I am going to beat this and start tracking and eventually will see the loose! Good luck to me once again
