April, the cruelest month???? hope not

cheerios/raisins/milk 5
coffee

l:
ham sam 2
salad w/lt ranch, crouts, mar mushrooms 3
celery & carrots
orange (yes, so so good) 1

snack: dt hot choc .5

and later:
1/2 flatbread/cheese 1.5

d:
pasta fazool 9
red pepper & onion salad .5

snack:
dt choc soda w/milk 1
1/2 apple .5
2 prunes 1

revised total: 25

exercise: stairmaster -2

gosh laurel dearie, I hope not.

how can you survive on 19 pts? I really need to rethink my eating.

breakfast:
eng muffin 3
soy cheese/soy ham 2

snack after working out:
quaker corn bran 2

lunch:
salad w/some sort of protein 3/10
low fat frozen yoghurt 3/13
crottin de chavignol and some bread 3/16

dinner:
potluck for baby shower, yikes
good thing i made that lemon sourcream pound cake
with only 8 pts a slice!

exercise: 35 min ellliptical -2.5
10 blocks of running up and down the neighbors stairs to deliver newsletters -1


water: si,si

Oh i don't survive on 19. by the end of the day, i always have to reedit that journal and the points are higher.
