This week has been nice.
I've kept up with my walks. It feels good to stretch my legs and lungs each day.
I've gotta keep my head on straight through the week. This coming weekend is my brother's wedding. I want to keep talking my walks, and I want to make sure that I don't overdo the food stuff. I don't need to pig out. I'm there for family and good times. Not food.
The day after the wedding is my birthday!

I'm not really sure that I want to do anything all that special. I like cake and desserts, but I haven't been in a dessert mood, so I'm not sure it's wise to tempt myself. Maybe I can come up with something non-food related to work with.
