Angry Hit the last 5 Wall

Since January I have dropped from 158 to 134, losing every single week. But the last 3 weeks I have stopped, hitting the well known last 5 wall My weigh in yesterday I even went up from 133 to 134.5!! Gah I dont know what I am doing wrong. I do spin class 3x a week, 30 min core class 3x a week, 5 am 45min boot camp class 5x a week, 1 1Hr long muscle/cardio class, 2x 1hr flexible strength classes. All that, in 1 week. HOW AM I NOT LOSING?!! lol

Seriously though I dont know what else I can do. Average daily food plan:
3 egg whites=1
oatmeal=4
extra lean canadian bacon=1
mango with skin=0
6

low carb tortilla=2
canned tuna=2
lettuce=0
cherry tomatoes=0
1tsp mayo=0
2tbsp hummus=1
1c carrots=0
1/2c light n fit yogurt=1
1/4c. blueberries=0
6

1zucchini=0
1tomato=0
9frozen raviolis=7
tbsp oliveoil=2 (all that cooked in a foil packet on grill)
salad w fat free dressing=2

WW ice cream bar=2
Rice cake snacks=2

Plus I make green tea throughout the day w/ a splash of skim milk & stevia. If Im dealing with 3 oclock starvation (lol) Ill make a protein shake with Iso pure which has only 2 carbs and 26 g protein ( I only use 1 scoop) with almond milk which comes out to 4 pts. Btw some pts (such as hummus) will come out different than what WW tracker has, but I always enter nutritional content when possible to get accurate points.

I know alot of respones will say eat your weeklies/activity pts. We usually go out for froyo 1 a week and that is prob at least 9 pts. Plus Ill have a tsp of pb here and there. So Im sure I am working them in a little. I know I am one of those people if I eat too many I will gain.

The trainer who teaches my morning boot camp said it is possible there is not anymore weight to be lost, just body composition changing. But I dont buy it. I still have this mama pooch roll which is def fat to be lost. I was just wondering (hoing) that someone has gone thru the same experience and has any tips/advice??? TIA

you are eating fairly high carb stuff - oatmeal, tortillas, ravioli.
Maybe play around with the foods you eat within your points? more chicken or beef or pork?
Also, if you add weeklies it doesn't have to be in the form of junk. It could be in the form of real eggs (whites have no nutrients), milk, etc.
Ice cream bars and rice cake snacks don't have any nutritional value either - and since you are eating such low points, you need to be having nutrient packed foods. I'd cut those things out, and add the points to your meals in the form of high quality foods.

And your trainer might be right. Maybe take a break from the scale, your weight is not something that should be causing such angst. It's a number.

I echo everything Seagirl says plus I'd suggest maybe rechecking some of your points. A Tbsp of olive oil is closer to 4 points, not 2.

Plus, that's a lot of exercise that you're doing and your body needs food to keep up with all of that. I always make it a point to use some of my weeklies or APs on days that I work out.

Hmm.. I think at 5'7, 134lbs is a really good weight and your trainer might be right. Keep up your workouts and your body will change.

Yes 1 tablespoon of oil is 4 points.

Also I agree, maybe try lowering your carbs a little.

But the last few pounds do take a while to come off. Patience is key!
