Stop Quitting and
give it 6 months. I started around 34 points. Given that my 2 fears with dieting were
being hungry and
feeling deprived, starting out with so many points made it easy to
begin. And that is what I did, I simply began. It gave me time to learn about Points Plus, Power Foods, and, our favorite, Tracking. In the first few weeks, my loss was about 1 - 2lbs/week - that is about the rate I gained it, I reasoned, therefore an acceptable rate of loss. The double edged sword came in with another weight loss where my points decreased. By this time, I had tracking down and GHG.
Know this - your PP is your MINIMUM to eat.
Most people will stall their weight loss if they eat less than their PP daily value. I know this personally.
Give it some time and quite quitting
